Common questions
How do I invite people to my group?
Open your group, go to Settings, and copy the invite link. Anyone with the link can join (or ask to join, if you approve new members). Reset the link from the same card if it ends up somewhere it should not.
How do I run a VBS or a camp?
Start a group and choose “VBS”, “Kids or youth camp” or “Adult camp or retreat”. You get a Schedule (or Itinerary) tab for each day’s theme, memory verse and activities, a Crews & volunteers tab, and — for kids events — a daily Check-in. Parents join with your invite link and register each child with allergies and authorized pickups.
Can parents manage their kids’ details?
Yes. In kids Bible studies, VBS and kids camps the parent holds the account and adds each child — age or grade, food allergies, and who is allowed to pick up. Only members of that group can see them.
How do I email everyone in my group?
Post on the Messages tab and tick “email it to everyone”. In kids groups that goes to every parent. Members who turned off email for a group are respected.
How do I close or delete a group?
Settings → “Close this group”. A closed group stays readable and stops counting toward the 4 active groups you can lead. Once it is closed, the person who started it can delete it permanently from the same page by typing the group’s name — that removes everything in it and cannot be undone.
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile (the circle in the top right → Profile) and use “Delete my account” at the bottom.
I did not get the sign-in or verification email.
Check spam or promotions, then try again from the sign-in page. If it still does not arrive, write to us and tell us the address you used.
